MagBolt (Tension Monitoring Anchors)
In all industries where heavy-duty machinery must be securely anchored, MagBolt permits "Wrenchless Checking" of the tension of anchor bolts and studs. The repeatable accuracy of the MagBolt tension indicator makes torque wrenches obsolete. It takes the guess work out of the daily routine of machine operation. MagBolt measures the actual stretch in a bolt or stud due to tension, thus eliminating the friction errors of a torque wrench. Frictional forces between nuts, threads, and washers, affect the accuracy of torque wrenches. MagBolt has a proven repeatable accuracy in operating conditions to +/- 5% which is significantly better than the +/- 30% commonly obtained with the common torque wrench.

Vibratherm Chocks
Adjustable two-piece chocks allow for shimming up or down, to compensate for "Hot Alignment" issues

Two-inch thick chocks provide a free-flow of air to prevent uneven thermal saturation of the machines foundation during operation

Chocks machined to +/-.001" tolerances and held together through the chocks halves which allow fast alignment corrections

Chocks and Sole Plates are slotted for easy installation
